Todd Cowan
Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Todd is the Co-Founder of Capital Developments and brings over 30 years of real estate experience across North America and Europe. At Address by Capital Developments, he oversees corporate strategy, investments, and capital partnerships. Prior to founding Capital Developments in 2007, Todd served as CEO and a founding executive of TriGranit Development Corporation, where he helped expand the company’s operations across 12 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
Jordan Dermer
Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Jordan is the Co-Founder of Capital Developments and brings over 27 years of real estate experience across North America and Europe. At Address by Capital Developments, he oversees the firm’s strategy, acquisitions, partnerships, and development initiatives. Prior to founding Capital Developments in 2007, Jordan served as Chief Development Officer at TriGranit Development, one of the leading developers in Central and Eastern Europe.
Carlo Timpano
President
Carlo oversees the day-to-day operations of Address by Capital Developments. Prior to joining Capital Developments, he co-led high-rise office development at Oxford Properties Group, managing a development pipeline exceeding $5 billion and over $1 billion in active construction. Earlier in his career, Carlo worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Comm from Queen’s University.
